Despite the delay, Weizer declared: “I will say that the expectations remain the same to enter into an agreement and launch sometime at the beginning of next year.”

Spectrum blames Evolution’s “ineffective complaince procedures”, noting these activities appeared to go undetected by the supplier.

“In our judgment, Evolution’s ineffective compliance procesures have allowed these situations to develop and therefore need prompt reevaluation and enhancement in order to comply fully with the terms of the contracts,” the report reads.

Room rates for Strip properties have increased 3.5% in 2026. Strip occupancy is flat from a year ago.
