Before you sign up and download or use Aorasoft's downloadable product for your own purposes, please make sure you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms. By using Aorasoft and/or other products, we assume you’ve accepted the terms of use given below.
We reserve the right to change and modify terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
All paid downloadable products can be downloaded with the package or as a single product. Paid products will be accessible for download after payment is received and verified. To process our payments we use Paypal, Master Card, Visa, American Express, and all major credit cards. You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any of our package plans.
Your package information will be emailed to the email address. Normally our system creates the account after successful payment. There are some cases in which your payment is not successfully done and then we have to review and process the download information manually. So, delays can be as long as 1 hour up to 24 hours depending on the situation and extent of investigation required after a fraud alert has been activated.
Our system may save all downloads made by a user with the package.
All applications are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of PHP and MySQL, but we cannot guarantee that older applications will run with future versions of PHP and MySQL. Our application Framework supports the latest modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Edge.
Paid application updates are available to our members while their subscription is still active. But you can not use the application when your package period ends.
Our PHP applications are released under the GNU Public License version 2.0. We strongly discourage you from offering them, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind.
The license key ensures updates from our servers. If you do not activate the license, the application will not work. If you have canceled the subscription.
Each product from our site includes 6 Months of support and update validity. This date is calculated from the minute the order has been marked as complete. If you do not have a valid license, you will not be able to download any of your purchased products.
An active subscription is required to access the downloads section.
One Purchase code can be used in one place only, we don't allow the same license to use multiple places, and localhost only allows without restrictions.
Each product comes with an auto-renewal feature through PayPal and Stripe subscriptions to ensure a smooth flow of updates and support.
Modifications
Yes, you are allowed to modify any of our products according to your requirements if you purchase only an extended license. However, please note that before you modify, check the documentation page and ask us on the forum if there is an easier and better way to achieve what you want to do. After modifying if you do our update, your modification may be lost if you don't do that properly.
Ownership and Liability
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of aorasoft. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
User Accounts and Product Licenses are not transferrable.
If you are a contractual developer or a representative of a person, please ask them to purchase the product from us directly. It saves time on both sides when we follow up on support tickets.
Aorasoft reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
One discount at a time: We offer discounts on our products on different occasions. Only one discount can be applied to a product/subscription at a time. For example, we offer a certain discount on subscription renewals. If for an occasion, say, Black Friday, there is an ongoing discount campaign, you can only utilize the recently applied discount rate. So, for this example, you cannot use both the renewal and the occasional discount at a time. (Usually, the occasional discounts are bigger than the regular ones.) You can utilize one discount at a single purchase/renewal.
Warranty
Aorasoft products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Each of Aorasoft's products is guaranteed to function correctly upon proper installation, activation, and options configuration of the product within the latest PHP and MySQL version which application we developed – as there are simply too many modules, components, and modules to support. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the application as we cannot guarantee Aorasoft application will work with all browser combinations.
In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
We are not licensed to provide stock images and certain true-type fonts (TTF) that might be used on any or all of the provided applications. These require you to own or purchase from their respective owners.
All members have access to the support. Aorasoft reserves the right to respond and answer the questions.
No returns/refunds will be offered for digital products except in some cases for more details please read our refund policy.

On June 22, 2022, aorasoft is introducing Lifetime Deals for multiple products. Here ‘Lifetime' refers to the product's lifetime, not the buyers' lifetime or anything else. The product lifetime is the time interval from when a product is sold to when it is discarded. Aorasoft has all the rights to announce the end of Lifetime of their products anytime within 45-90 days prior notice.
